Bishopp Billboard Constructions is looking for an experienced and driven Builder with a solid background in erecting structural steel and installing concrete footings. This is a leadership-focused role suited to someone ready to step off the tools and take charge of site operations - coordinating craned lifts, directing rigging crews, managing subcontractors, and upholding quality and safety standards across every installation. If you're keen to apply your expertise without being the one in the EWP every day, this is your opportunity to shape the next phase of our build program.

What will your week look like?
* Coordinating billboard builds from pre-start to handover
* Leading major maintenance, digital upgrades, and emergency repairs
* Managing teams on-site and mentoring junior crew
* Working with crane operators, electricians, concreters, and other trades
* Overseeing compliance, safety, and site documentation
* Collaborating with internal teams including Design, Fabrication, and Commercial
* Contributing to continuous improvement across processes and equipment
What do you bring to the role?
* QBCC licence
* Minimum 2 years’ experience in structural, billboard, or steel-based construction leadership
* Strong understanding of construction codes, crane work, and safety practices
* Proven ability to lead teams, communicate clearly, and deliver high-quality outcomes
* Solid computer skills and a practical approach to documentation and reporting
