Job Description
We are seeking a Contract Administrator to manage multiple contracts, track claims and commercial issues, and contribute to the procurement of long-term service agreements.
About the Role
* Manage contract compliance, notices, extensions, and variations
* Provide input to commercial activities, including tracking claims and resolving commercial issues
* Support the procurement of long-term service agreements with suppliers
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will have:
* Tertiary qualification in a related field (Commercial, Law, Engineering, Project Management or other relevant discipline)
* 2+ years project experience within a construction, infrastructure, Defence or civil engineering environment, with a focus on commercial and contractual administration/ management
* Exposure to the Rail industry, PPP's and/or long term maintenance contracts will be advantageous but not essential
* Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, flexible and versatile
* Exposure to commercial negotiations within a complex environment
* Excellent understanding of typical provisions found in large infrastructure contracts
