The Role
* Shift: Afternoon Shift (Fixed).
* Location: Kwinana Beach, WA.
* Start Date: Immediate start available for the right candidate.
* Scope: Maintenance, repair, and fabrication of fixed plant machinery (conveyors, shredders, shears, and structural components).
Requirements To be successful in this role, you must possess:
* Trade Qualification: Cert III in Engineering (Fabrication) or equivalent Australian-recognized Trade Certificate.
* Experience: Proven background in heavy industrial maintenance or fixed plant environments.
* Work Rights: Must have full, unrestricted Australian work rights.
* Soft Skills: A genuine \"team player\" attitude with a commitment to site safety protocols.
* Reliability: Ability to commit to a consistent afternoon schedule.
