Job Title: Senior Architect Credit Risk
Location: Sydney, Australia
Skills & Experience:
* 10+ years experience (TBC) in IT systems architecture, specification and design, delivering major business solutions (application systems) into production
* Demonstrated experience in Risk domain architecture
* Demonstrated general architecture experience across multiple domains
* Strong written and verbal communication and experience in consulting with senior stakeholders, core business SMEs and Project team members to elicit requirements & gain a detailed understanding of the use of the business data in the business process
* Knowledge and experience of Credit Risk Domain capabilities, such as credit decisioning, bureau, provisioning, capital
* Knowledge of SAS solutions, Experian PowerCurve, Decision Point 3
* Hands on experience in Big Data/data lake and Data Warehouse implementations (e.g. Teradata, Cloudera, Azure ADF/Synapse, AWS Redshift, Snowflake, Databricks)
* Design streaming and eventing solutions such as Kafka, Kinesis, Event Hub etc alongside Hadoop, relational and NoSQL databases and message queues
* Knowledge and understanding of the following architectural paradigms; micro-services, domain and event driven architectures
* Hands on experience of conceptual data modelling
* Exposure or hands on experience with Data Science tools and platforms (eg SAS, DataIku, Alteryx)
* Architect & design modern data platforms, data streams and data service API's
