Essential –bachelor’s degree minimum and 2 years’ relevant experience.

About role
We are seeking a Marketing Specialist to join our busy team.
Duties
- Develop and execute advertising campaigns to support sales goals, focusing on the construction and demolition sectors.
- Advise executives on effective advertising strategies to reach key markets and promote Perfect Contracting’s services.
- Manage the production of advertising materials, including artwork, copywriting, and media placement.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and consumer needs in the construction industry.
- Support business growth through the preparation and execution of targeted marketing programs.
- Work with internal teams to ensure marketing strategies align with business objectives and project goals
About you
To ensure that you are successful in this role you will possess/demonstrate:
- Experience of 2 years in the similar role together with formal qualifications
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Working knowledge of market research, surveys, and data analytics
- Proficiency with content management systems
- SEO and SEM knowledge
- Proficiency in marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, CRM software, social media management tools)
- Working knowledge of HTML and CSS
- Ability to work in a rapid-paced, high-pressure environment
- Multi-tasking and time-management skills
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
