We are seeking a skilled Sales Development Representative to join our team.
This individual will be responsible for engaging with prospective customers and active clients, showcasing the value of our Global HR Platform.
Key Responsibilities
* Respond to outbound leads and inquiries, building meaningful connections with prospects.
* Sourcing new sales prospects and arranging meetings for Account Executives.
* Clearly communicating our platform's benefits to prospects and understanding their needs.
* Providing support to the Account Executive team as needed.
Requirements
* A proven track record of business development success using core sales tools.
* Experience working as an SDR in a B2B SaaS Tech company.
* Ability to negotiate effectively, promote/sell ideas persuasively, and maintain a positive attitude in challenging situations.
* Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written, coupled with excellent listening skills and a professional phone presence.
