Newly Created Leadership Role Opportunity to build and lead high performing teams Based in Lane Cove A newly created opportunity exists for an experienced operations leader to join a fast-growing, sustainability-focused asset services organisation. Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, you will take ownership of multi-site operations across NSW, VIC and WA, leading site-based leaders and teams. This is a hands-on leadership role focused on driving performance, consistency, and continuous improvement across all sites, with regular interstate travel required. Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end operations across NSW, VIC and WA, processing and warehouse sites, ensuring consistency in performance, quality, and output. Manage, mentor, and develop leaders and teams to build a high-performance culture that aligns with business objectives. Oversee operational performance, plan capacity, and streamline workflows to achieve service and performance targets consistently. Establish, implement, and continuously improve standard operating procedures across all locations. Ensure compliance with data security, workplace health and safety, and environmental standards. Manage key vendor and supplier relationships—including logistics and service partners—to drive performance, value, and reliability. Lead vendor onboarding, drive performance management, and negotiate contracts to support growth. Take ownership of the operational cost base, including labour and logistics, and drive cost-control and efficiency initiatives. Partner with internal stakeholders to forecast, budget, report, and enable commercial decision-making. Provide strategic operational leadership by reporting on performance, leading improvement initiatives, and supporting growth projects.
