To meet Akkodis's continuously growing pipeline of work, we are looking for an** IT Recruitment Consultant** to join the team to support and drive our expanding business. In this role you will be a key team member responsible for finding and delivering high quality new resources to fulfil opportunities for the roles you are assigned.
We are open to all experience levels, whether you are new to the industry and want to learn everything there is to know about IT and recruitment or whether you are an expert recruiter looking for a new home. We have the scale, support, and team to ensure your career with Akkodis will be a success.
**What you will be doing on a day-to-day basis**:
- You will use your detective skills to find and present the best IT talent available for a large range of opportunities within the Australian landscape, from Developers in start-ups to Project Managers in global technology firms
- Using your communication and influencing skills, you will speak to, meet, and nurture relationships with IT talent to present them the best opportunities on the market
- You will then negotiate their rates and present them with life changing offers
- To close things out, you will conduct references and standard checks to ensure all boxes are ticked
- No two days are the same in recruitment, so bring your positivity and your A-game and you will be sure to have a lot of fun!
