The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical, operational, and policy advice on complex actuarial problems, supporting strategic planning, program management, and policy development. They will also be expected to liaise with internal and external stakeholders on sensitive issues, extract, cleanse, and analyze data from multiple sources to support reporting and monitoring.

For the EL2 Actuary (Professional Stream) role, we are looking for an individual with Associate Actuary progressing towards Fellowship, 10–15+ years of actuarial experience, strong leadership and stakeholder engagement skills, and relevant tertiary qualifications.

In the APS6 Actuary – Team Leadership role, we require an individual with 4–7 years data analytics/scientist experience, advanced R programming, SQL, SAS, modelling techniques (GLMs, GBMs), relevant tertiary qualifications progressing towards Associate/Fellowship, and leadership experience desirable.

The APS4 Actuary – Team Membership role is suited to an individual with 0–2 years actuarial/data analytics/scientist experience, relevant tertiary qualifications (Actuarial Studies, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science), strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills, and ability to work autonomously and collaboratively.
