Synergie is seeking Machine Operators to join a fast-growing, Australian-owned manufacturer of precision-engineered steel framing systems in Edinburgh. This role offers full-time hours with potential permanency after probation.
Pay Rate: $35.16/hr + penalties
Hours: 5:30am – 1:30pm, Monday to Friday (Overtime possible)
About the Role
As a Machine Operator, you'll be operating and monitoring machinery used to produce steel framing components for residential homes. The role is hands-on, technical, and physically active in a fast-paced factory environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Operate, monitor, and maintain production machinery safely and efficiently
* Load materials and components into machines as required
* Perform regular quality checks and adjust machinery to meet production standards
* Follow work instructions, production plans, and safety procedures accurately
* Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets
* Maintain a clean, safe, and organised workspace
What We're Looking For
* Physically fit candidates capable of repetitive tasks
* Motivated, reliable, and hands-on team players
* Experience operating machinery in manufacturing or production is a plus, but training is provided
* Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and positive attitude
