Executive Assistant | Level 4 | State Government | Temporary Assignment

An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Executive Assistant to join a State Government department in the Western Suburbs. This role is for an immediate start, on an initial 3-month temporary contract.
**Your new role**
- Providing a comprehensive and confidential high-level executive support service to the Board, CEO and Director Strategy & Partnerships
- Complex diary management duties
- Assisting with the arrangement and coordination of meeting, including taking minutes in meetings, preparing agendas and drafting documentation
- Arranging and managing events
- Travel and accommodation arrangements as required
- General administrative tasks as required.
**What you'll need to succeed**
- Experience in providing secretarial and administrative support to high-level Executives
- Events management experience is a bonus
- Great communication (written and verbal) skills
- Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams and Planner)
- A current police clearance, dated within the past 3 months (or willing to obtain)
