AWS EUC services work backward from the needs of customers to provide a broad array of Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI) services that deliver secure, performant and flexible access to data and applications from any place on any device for every worker type. AWS EUC includes WorkSpaces (WorkSpaces Core, WorkSpaces Personal, WorkSpaces Pools, and WorkSpaces Secure Browser), AppStream 2.0, and WorkSpaces Thin Client. As the AWS EUC Services Specialized Sales Manager, you will have the opportunity to deliver on our strategy to build mind share and adoption of AWS solutions for Amazon WorkSpaces, AppStream, and other EUC workloads across our most strategic existing and new customers.The Sales Manager will own, operate and define strategy for the multi-country territory of End User Computing customers by managing a team of country-based sales executives. You will be responsible for building and developing the team of specialist sales executives, driving revenue and user adoption, and ensuring new customers select AWS as their cloud provider for End User Computing solutions. You’ll be responsible for the EUC sales motion, which includes; identifying EUC customers & opportunities, qualifying & building pipeline, driving EUC solution discussions with customers, partnering with our Solution Architects to validate technical use cases, helping our teams guide successful customer implementation of the solution, and responsibility for the overall sales cycle and business goals. By establishing and growing business and technical relationships, and managing the day-to-day interactions with these stakeholders, you will be responsible for driving top line revenue growth and overall end customer adoption and value.Key job responsibilitiesThe sales manager will align closely with go-to-market strategy and business development leaders who are driving strategic support, co-programming, and portfolio engagement to help drive top and middle of funnel outcomes and accelerate seller cycles in the field. You will also work with cross functional teams in marketing, solutions architecture, and business development to implement a consistent coverage model, go-to-market strategy, and goals for the AWS startup business.Key job responsibilitiesLead a Customer Obsessed businessHire, develop and manage a team of country-based specialist sales executivesLead the team with engagements with CxO, Digital Workplace directors, and End User Computing technical decision-makersDevelop long-term strategic relationships with key accountsAccelerate customer adoption by developing a comprehensive sales and business plan, driving well-developed sales engagements and successful GTM StrategyDrive revenue and market share while meeting/exceeding revenue targets. When we feel supported in the workplace and at home, there’s nothing we can’t achieve in the cloud.Basic QualificationsBASIC QUALIFICATIONS10 years of quota carrying technology field sales management or business development experience leading teams that sell to medium and large enterprise accounts7+ years’ experience managing sales teams with direct quota responsibility of at least $100M+5+ years’ experience successfully building and executing go-to market plans for medium and large enterprise accountsBA/BS degree or equivalent work experienceAbility to operate with a high degree of ambiguity and in a matrixed organizationIndustry experience selling Desktop-as-a-Service (DaaS) or Virtual Desktop Infrastructure(VDI), Application virtualization.Preferred QualificationsPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONSProven track record in engaging with C-Suite contacts in customers communicating and present with impact towards agreed project outcomes.
