Experienced gardener / Leaded Hand required for very busy Facilities Management company that has strong growth, based in Canberra.
Full drivers license required (with a good driving history).
Experience towing a trailer. General gardening duties include (but not limited to) - lawn mowing, edging, hedging & pruning, weed management, strong knowledge of plants, irrigation, laying mulch and planting, etc.
Experience in leading a team of gardeners along with a strong safety focus, ability to estimate for quoting and a strong communication via reports and verbal.
Full time position that includes a vehicle, uniforms and all equipment supplied.
Must lead from the front with safety, be physically fit and willing to have the flu shot yearly due to work performed in nursing homes.
fulltime hours per week (Monday to Friday) plus some opportunities for overtime available.
