About the role
* Provide assessments across home modifications, equipment prescription, rehabilitation, functional capacity assessments (FCA's), SIL, SDA, and more.
* Work with HCP, DVA, and CHSP clientele.
* Enhance your clients' quality of life by promoting independence and wellbeing.

What you'll need
* AHPRA Registration
* Current and unrestricted working rights
* Current driver's licence (unrestricted)
* National Police Clearance, NDIS Screening, and WWCC (or willing to obtain)
