Job Description
We are seeking a Truck Driver to join our team at Lifeline. As a key member of our distribution network, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth transportation of goods across Queensland.
Your Key Responsibilities:
* Pick-up donations from clothing donation bins, private and commercial premises, and Lifeline shops.
* Deliver stock to Lifeline shops, private and commercial premises, and deliver rags to customers.
* Unload vehicles and maintain a clean and tidy work environment.
* Ensure all paperwork is accurate and up-to-date on a daily basis.
* Maintain vehicles in a safe and road-worthy condition.
* Supervise the safety and performance of off-site workers.
Requirements:
* Availability: Monday to Friday.
* Minimum MR licence (forklift licence desirable but not essential).
* Passion for the Lifeline brand and ability to articulate its purpose.
* Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team and organisational goals.
* Pride in your work and ability to meet deadlines and achieve results.
* Ownership of work outcomes for self and team, and willingness to assist others with on-the-job training.
