Academic Leadership Role
This position involves leading teaching and learning initiatives across the school, enhancing student engagement and academic outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop evidence-based approaches to improve student engagement and teacher capability.
* Model excellence in classroom practice, leading initiatives to embed high-quality pedagogy and consistent teaching.
* Foster a professional learning culture that's reflective, faith-filled, and future-focused.
Requirements:
* Proven experience leading teaching and learning initiatives with a strong track record in improving student engagement and academic outcomes.
* Full registration with the relevant teachers' authority, appropriate tertiary qualifications, and postgraduate study (or a commitment to complete) in Religious Education, Theology or Catholic Ethos.
* Accreditation to teach Religious Education is also required.
