Ampd Bros is expanding! With our recent HQ growth, we’re looking for a Customer Service Junior to join our laid-back, energetic, and supportive team. If you’re passionate about providing exceptional customer service and love being part of a vibrant Aussie family-owned business, this could be the perfect fit!
What You’ll Be Doing:
1. Delivering outstanding service and support to our customers via phone, email, and in person.
2. Assisting customers with product enquiries, order updates, and general support.
3. Managing and responding to customer queries across multiple platforms.
4. Processing online and in-store orders and returns.
5. Supporting the sales and warehouse teams with daily operational tasks.
6. Maintaining a high level of product knowledge (don’t worry, we’ll train you!)
7. Helping to create a fun, positive experience for every customer.
8. Participating in occasional events, launches, and in-store promotions.
What We’re Looking For:
* Energetic and positive attitude with a genuine love for helping people.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem solving.
* Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
* Basic computer skills (experience with Shopify is a bonus!).
* A team player who’s eager to learn and grow within the business.
