About the opportunity
There are 3 newly created permanent positions available for immediate filling.
In this role, you will work closely with newly appointed Executive Directors of Broadacre Systems, Animal Systems, and Intensive and Irrigated Plant Systems, providing high-level executive administrative, secretarial, and ministerial support.
This is an exciting opportunity to establish protocols and procedures from the ground up.
We seek proactive applicants eager to provide high-level administrative assistance to an Executive Director and their senior leadership team.
Candidates should possess a 'can-do' attitude, high-level technical, organizational, and coordination skills.
The ideal candidate will:
Have experience supporting senior executives administratively and secretarially.
Possess well-developed communication and interpersonal skills to maintain stakeholder relationships.
Be capable of developing practical and creative solutions to problems.
Have good research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Be well-organized, able to prioritize, work under pressure, and meet deadlines.
Work effectively within a team to achieve goals.
