Our Bondi Junction centre is seeking an experienced Dental Assistant who enjoys working primarily on reception, while still supporting the clinical team when required. This is a great opportunity for someone who loves patient interaction, enjoys keeping a busy front desk running smoothly, and wants a stable role in a modern, well‐established dental centre.

* Permanent full‐time position
* Reception‐focused role with clinical support as needed
* Alternate late finish Thursdays until 7pm

What You'll Be Doing
* Welcoming patients and creating a positive first impression
* Managing appointment bookings and dentist diaries
* Handling phone, email and in‐centre patient enquiries
* Processing payments and general administrative tasks
* Supporting chair‐side assisting and sterilisation when required
* Maintaining high standards of infection control and compliance
* Working closely with the wider team to ensure smooth daily operations

About You
* Proven experience as a Dental Assistant (essential)
* Confident working in a reception‐heavy role
* Strong communication, organisation and customer service skills
* Excellent attention to detail and time managementReliable, professional and team‐focused
* Passion for delivering outstanding patient care
