We are seeking an experienced and skilled Motel Manager to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who wants to make a real difference in the hospitality industry.
Our ideal candidate will have previous experience in Motel or Caravan Park Management, as well as strong leadership skills, exceptional customer service, and interpersonal skills. They will be able to lead and motivate a team, manage front office systems and procedures, and develop and implement marketing strategies to increase occupancy.
The successful candidate will also have knowledge of budgeting and financial management, as well as ability to gain RMLV/approved manager's license. Experience with RMS (Property Management Software) or Guestpoint is advantageous.
Key responsibilities include overseeing all daily operations, ensuring executional guest experience by maintaining a high standard of cleanliness and service, efficiently managing all front office systems and procedures, supervising and rostering staff to ensure excellent service delivery and optimum guest satisfaction, monitoring the motel's budget, wages and expenses and revenue to reach financial targets, developing and implementing marketing strategies to increase occupancy, and ensuring the safety and security of guests and staff.

Additional Information
The salary range for this position is $110,000 - $160,000 per year.
