About the role
* Requires WA electrical licence and experience with mechanical services, HVAC, BMS, controls
* Equivalent package can exceed $140k depending on overtime and vehicle use
* Position based in the metropolitan area of Perth.
Key responsibilities
* Supervising mechanical electrical installation works across commercial projects
* Coordinating trades, materials, subcontractors and site resources
* Reading and interpreting electrical, mechanical and engineering drawings
* Liaising with project managers, clients, builders and other trades
* Troubleshooting site issues and keeping projects moving
* Assisting project managers with site planning, variations and job coordination
* Ensuring safety, quality and compliance standards are met
