Position We are looking for a junior Commercial and Civil Litigation lawyer to join our team.
We would also consider an experienced paralegal or student looking for a graduate role in the next 12 months.
The role will be full time, based in our offices in South Perth WA, beginning as soon as possible.
To be considered for this role, you will need: A client focused approach and commitment to delivering high quality legal advice; Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team; and Strong attention to detail and excellent client management skills.
The role will involve assisting the Director and Staff with: Advising clients in relation to all aspects of commercial and civil law; Managing client files; Preparing correspondence and Court documents; and Appearing in the Magistrates, District and Supreme Courts of Western Australia as well as the State Administrative Tribunal.
