Job Description
Exciting full‐time opportunity. Salary: $105,000 to $110,000 + Super. BIBO/DIDO roster of 2:2 or FIFO roster of 2:1. Location: Multiple sites across Queensland & NSW. Join the Sodexo team.
We are seeking suitably experienced and qualified chefs (Cert III Commercial Cookery equivalent) to work BIBO/DIDO or FIFO rosters out of Brisbane and other regions within our Energy & Resources portfolio.
Qualifications
* Australian Citizenship or Full Australian working rights OR have relevant Energy & Resources Chef experience, be currently residing in Australia & seeking Visa sponsorship
* Trade Certificate, Certificate III in Commercial Cookery
* Previous experience in mass‐catering environments (volume cooking)
* Strong understanding of food hygiene, safety and cleanliness (Food Safety Supervisor Certificate highly regarded at line chef level and a must for leadership roles)
* Strong cooking and food preparation skills; knife skills are essential
* Flexibility to work a variety of rosters and shifts
