Maintenance Officer – Aged Care
Location: 30–40 mins from Sydney. Hours: Part-Time (4 days/week) & Full-Time available.
Our valued aged care client is seeking a reliable and hands‐on Maintenance Officer to join their team. This role plays a key part in ensuring facilities are safe, functional, and well‐maintained for residents and staff.
Key Responsibilities
* Perform general maintenance and repairs (basic electrical, plumbing, carpentry)
* Maintain outdoor areas including mowing, hedging, and general grounds upkeep
* Complete planned and reactive maintenance tasks
* Conduct routine inspections and ensure compliance with safety standards
* Respond promptly to maintenance requests
Requirements
* Trade qualification (preferred)
* Previous experience in maintenance, building, or similar roles
* Current driver's licence
* Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
* Basic computer skills
