Job Summary:
A key contributor to our team is sought after to take on a challenging role in developing strategic forest harvest plans and schedules.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop comprehensive harvest plans and schedules for forests across a large geographical area to meet customer demands.
* Contribute to the regional harvest strategy, ensuring that work program targets, unit rates, and overall expenditure align with annual objectives.
* Support the Harvest and Supply team in the development, implementation, and review of operational plans for all harvesting activities.
* Coordinate contractors in terms of engagement, scheduling, performance targets, quality, safety, and stewardship to ensure quality performance is received.
This position requires a high level of technical expertise, business acumen, and strong interpersonal skills. The successful candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on delivering results and meeting deadlines.
