**About the Company**

Our client a family owned, and operated company located at Wingfield has been operating for over 40 years in the civil and heavy haulage industries. They are professionals in their field and have gained the respect and trust of peers and customers over the years.

**About the Role**:
Due to continued growth, an opportunity has become available for an Administration Officer to join the team coordinating administrative tasks and customer service requests.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Reception duties
- Respond to client queries
- Document management
- Invoicing
- Reporting
- Data Entry
- Liaise with staff and contractors
- Other duties as required

**About You**:

- Experience in the transport industry desirable but not essential
- At least two years' experience in an administration role
- Proficient in Microsoft suite
- Experience with Xero desirable but not essential
- Excellent time management and ability to prioritise
- Attention to details
- Pro-active team player
- Excellent phone manner and customer service skills
- Available to work Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm
- Current SA drivers licence essential
- Experience with Xero desirable but not essential
