Reporting to managers on site, you will be responsible for overseeing service standards conducted by staff and leading by example. Successful applicants will have a hands-on approach that will help support and develop a team that thrives in a high-pressure environment.

What You Do
* Supervise Food and Beverage staff across multiple venues
* Assist in inventory levels and stock control
* Cash handling
* Monitoring customer service standards and ensuring that 5-star service is maintained
* Oversee staff and assess competency throughout shifts
What We Need From You
* Leadership qualities to motivate and mentor staff
* Demonstrated previous experience in a similar role
* Ability to multi-task and thrive in a fast-paced environment
* Exceptional grooming standards
* Strong time management and organisational skills
* Current NSW Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) Certificate
