Job Description
Are you passionate about supporting a high-performing team of Support Workers? We're looking for a hands-on Service Delivery Lead to help build a strong, capable workforce that delivers great outcomes for our Home Care clients in Adelaide.
As the Service Delivery Lead, you'll play a key role in leading and supporting our frontline team to deliver high-quality, person-centred services. Working closely with the Operations Manager and broader team, you'll be responsible for overseeing a group of dedicated support workers—providing regular supervision, coaching, and mentoring to ensure best practice and client satisfaction. You'll help implement service delivery improvements, strengthen client engagement, and foster a positive and supportive team culture.
Key Responsibilities:
* Be a positive ambassador for HCA, showcasing us as Australia's leading Home Care provider
* Work closely with the Operations Team to make sure our clients and care workers have a great experience.
* Deliver outstanding customer service to help attract and retain clients.
* Support recruitment efforts by helping to build and manage a strong care workforce.
* Lead the day-to-day delivery of high-quality home care services to our clients.
* Create and run engagement strategies to support and retain our workforce.
* Represent HCA at community and recruitment events to help attract new care workers.
Let's talk about you
This role requires strong and confident relationship building skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills, confidence using MS Office and CRM systems, and excellent time management with the ability to juggle competing priorities. A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and a flexible, proactive approach are essential, along with a strong attention to detail.
Mandatory Requirements
* A current National Police Check (ACIC accredited), stating suitability to work in aged care or with vulnerable persons.
