About the Role:
* Manage office operations, including reception, meeting rooms, and facilities management
* Coordinate hot desk arrangements and office inductions for new staff members
* Provide administrative support to the team, including travel bookings and document archiving
* Assist with client events and social committee activities
* Support law students and coordinate their workdays and leave requests
Requirements:
* Excellent communication and organizational skills
* Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities
* Professional presentation and polished telephone manner
* Previous experience in a legal environment or equivalent desirable
