Overview
We are looking for a motivated and professional Sales Consultant to join our team. In this full-time role, you'll work directly with potential customers to design solar power, battery, and hot water systems that perfectly suit their needs. You'll be backed by a supportive local team, provided with qualified leads, and rewarded for achieving strong results.
Key Responsibilities
* Conduct in-home consultations and recommend suitable solar solutions
* Follow up on warm leads
* Maintain accurate data in our CRM and manage your own calendar
* Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to team performance
* Stay informed on solar products and energy industry developments
Requirements
* Sales experience (solar or related industries highly regarded)
* Strong communication and presentation skills
* Confident, professional, and customer-focused
* Comfortable working autonomously and managing your schedule
* Current driver's licence and reliable vehicle
* A commitment to seeing tasks through to completion with every detail accounted for
* An understanding of how your work contributes to overall business outcomes and customer experience
