ESE Consulting is partnering with a locally owned and operated business that services many of Victoria's leading home-building firms. Our client is seeking an experienced Administrator who will support the management team in a Personal Assistant position.
About the role:
Reporting to the Managing Director and supporting the wider leadership team, your duties will include but not be limited to:
Diary support, inbox management, scheduling meetings and organising events.
Assisting with expense reconciliation.
Maintaining the filing system of company records.
Liaising with clients to arrange meetings.
Taking meeting minutes.
Maintaining office and meeting rooms.
General ad-hoc administration as required.
What you will need to succeed:
Previous experience in an EA/PA or high-volume administration role is essential.
The ability to work independently, complete tasks on time, effectively manage interruptions and pre-empt what the Executives need.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to respectfully manage expectations with stakeholders and maintain confidentiality.
Possess great computer skills, preparing presentations, briefs, documents, and reports on behalf of the leadership team.
