The Recruitment Process
1. Eligibility: Check your eligibility and ensure you meet the required degree qualification.
2. Submit Application:Create a profile on our careers portal and submit your application.
3. Screening:Our recruitment team will assess your application and inform you if you are unsuccessful.
4. Online Testing:If you pass screening, you will receive an email with instructions for our online test covering numeracy, literacy and abstract reasoning.
5. Online Video Interview:Candidates who meet the cognitive testing benchmark will be invited to complete a one-way video interview.
6. Shortlisting:The recruitment team will evaluate your video interview and notify you if you are unsuccessful.
7. Assessment Centre:Successful candidates will be invited to our in-person Assessment Centre, schedule in Sydney.
8. Pre-Employment Checks:Candidates selected at the Assessment Centre will be invited to undergo pre-employment checks.
9. Offer of Employment:Successful candidates will receive a verbal offer of employment followed by a formal written offer sent by email.
