Currently employing over 60 + permanent staff, this contractor prides themselves in providing quality electrical solutions and services to their robust Tier 1 and Tier 2 markets.
**The Role**
As the Estimating Manager you will be responsible for leading the preconstruction processes through forecasts, business development, analysis of company tenders and setting deadlines. You will report to the Directors of the company and be responsible for a team of 2 experienced and autonomous Estimators.
You will be a key member of the senior leadership team in a business which empowers their management team to produce new ideas and lead from within.
**Requirements**:
- Electrical Trade Qualification
- 5+ years as an Estimator in Construction
- Strategic Thinker
- Demonstrated design input to successful bid win
- Experience working with the Electrical Construction Industry
