Roles and Responsibilities
* Lead PP/QM workstream for RISE with SAP implementations
* Drive Fit‐to‐Standard workshops, gap analysis and Clean‐Core‐compliant designs
* Configure and deploy PP and QM processes integrated with MM, SD and FI
* Support data migration, UAT, cutover and go‐live / hypercare
* Act as functional lead and business advisor, mentoring team members and ensuring delivery quality
Job Requirements
* 5+ years of SAP PP and QM experience with S/4HANA implementations, including RISE with SAP
* Strong hands‐on expertise in Production Planning:
o MRP, BOM, Routing, Work Centers
o Production Orders and shop‐floor execution
* Strong hands‐on expertise in Quality Management:
o Inspection Planning
o Results Recording
o Usage Decision
o Experience with Quality Notifications, Audit Management and Supplier Quality
* Solid understanding of PP–QM–MM integration, including procurement, inventory and manufacturing execution
* Exposure to S/4HANA PP/QM innovations:
o MRP Live
o Embedded QM
* Experience conducting Fit‐to‐Standard workshops using SAP Best Practices and SAP Activate
* Good‐to‐have exposure to PP/DS, aATP basics or IBP awareness
