We are now seeking an experienced Logistics Coordinator to join our growing team at our new depot in Mickleham.

Role Overview:
The Logistics Coordinator is responsible for overseeing and maintaining all warehouse and inventory management processes. This includes the accurate and timely handling of incoming and outgoing goods, managing inventory levels, sourcing materials and equipment, coordinating the logistics with internal teams, and ensuring the safe and efficient operation of the warehouse. Key Responsibilities:
* Manage, review and enhance warehouse processes to maximise efficiency and accuracy
* Promote and drive a strong safety culture ensuring a healthy and safe work environment
* Pick and pack materials for jobs, ensuring timely availability
* Maintain register of cable in the yard and label with job allocations
* Coordinate the distribution of tools, uniforms, consumables,
* Coordinate testing of critical items including first aid kits, fire extinguishers, slings and harnesses.
* Conduct weekly job consumption reviews and report variances monthly in line with stocktakes
* Build and maintain positive relationships with suppliers, internal teams and field crews
* Ensure warehouse and depot areas are always clean, safe and compliant
Skills and Experience:
* Proven experience managing warehouse logistics, stock control and inventory systems
* Professional approach and communication when dealing with internal teams and suppliers
* Solid organisational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills
* Intermediate computer literacy
* Ability to work as part of a team making a valued contribution to a positive and successful team culture
* HR Drivers Licence Mandatory
* Forklift Licence Mandatory
* Construction Induction Card Mandatory
