What You'll Be Doing Coordinating purchases of products, tools, and supplies across multiple categories Communicating with suppliers to confirm pricing, delivery terms, and availability Managing inventory systems and keeping stock records up to date Generating quotes and processing invoices using MYOB Overseeing customer subscription renewals and related admin tasks Supporting walk-in and phone-based enquiries at the counter/reception Handling general administrative duties – from filing to reporting to stocktake assistance What We're Looking For Previous experience in purchasing, accounts, or administration Confidence using MYOB, or similar packages (Xero, Pronto, etc.)
