Senior Estimator (Building)
to play a key role in winning and delivering high-profile projects.
The Opportunity This is more than just pricing jobs, you’ll be a strategic contributor, working closely with senior leadership to drive tenders, refine methodologies, and influence project success from day one.
Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end tender preparation for construction projects
Develop accurate cost estimates, take-offs, and pricing models
Review drawings, specifications, and contract documentation
Identify risks, opportunities, and value engineering options
Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors
Mentor junior estimators and contribute to team development
What You’ll Bring
Proven experience as a
Senior or Lead Estimator
Strong background in building and infrastructure
High-level proficiency in estimating software and Excel
Ability to manage multiple tenders and deadlines
Strong commercial acumen and attention to detail
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
