Key Responsibilities
* Accurately assess, repair, and replace vehicle windscreens and other automotive glass.
* Provide excellent customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction at every stage of the fitting process.
* Maintain a clean and safe working environment, following all safety protocols.
* Assist in the office when needed, including answering customer calls and scheduling appointments.
* Keep up to date with the latest fitting techniques and industry best practices.
* Work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.
Qualifications & experience
* At least 2 years experience in windscreen fitting.
* Experience in mobile windscreen fitting or shop-based fitting is acceptable.
* Ability to handle tools and equipment safely and competently.
* Attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality workmanship.
* A knowledge of trucks, buses, caravans, and boats would be highly regarded.
* A knowledge of the motor vehicle industry
* Knowledge and technical understanding of windscreens and vehicle models
* Car (C class) manual driver\'s licence is required.
* Australian work rights are required.
