Key Responsibilities:
Develop and executeCRM strategiesto improve customer engagement, loyalty, and retention.
Manage and optimizeCRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, Dynamics, etc.).
Collaborate with marketing, sales, and customer service teams to deliverpersonalized customer experiences.
Segment customer data and create targetedemail and SMS marketing campaigns.
