Job Title
A social worker is needed for a remote health service based in South West Queensland.
* The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Community or Acute Social Work, with QLD Health credentialing OR a current state/federal police check and Blue card preferred.
Responsibilities
* Deliver high-level rural generalist social work services and leadership as a member of a multidisciplinary team to achieve better health outcomes for children, families, and adults.
* Demonstrate high-level rural generalist social work clinical services across a varied range of clinical areas including complex casework across the domains of acute, subacute, emergency, maternity, palliative, adult, child and family, outpatient and outreach clinics.
Qualifications & Requirements
* Strong experience in Community or Acute Social Work (not Mental Health).
* Candidates with QLD Health credentialing OR a current state/federal police check and Blue card preferred.
