Based in our Chifley Square head office and reporting to the Member Success Manager Business NSW are seeking a driven, commercially minded Member Engagement Executive to play a critical frontline role in growing and sustaining our membership base. This is a high-impact position focused on converting leads, driving early member value, and maximising retention through proactive, consultative engagement.

About the Role
This role is accountable for the full member lifecycle from acquisition and onboarding through to retention, renewals and recovery.

Convert inbound and outbound campaign leads into financial members and or Product/Service subscribers
Deliver structured phone-based onboarding to drive early engagement and satisfaction
Manage a defined portfolio of members with accountability for renewals and retention outcomes
Lead save and recovery conversations to minimise churn
Re-engage lapsed members and convert free members to paid membership
Promote Business Growth Blueprint consultations and other value-add services
Accurately manage pipelines, reporting and activity in CRM systems
Manage assigned debtor lists and achieve payment targets
Consistently meet and exceed individual and team KPIs

You will be part of a collaborative team while also operating with a high degree of autonomy and accountability.

About You
You are a confident communicator and natural relationship builder who thrives in a target-driven environment. You enjoy consultative conversations, understand business needs, and can clearly articulate commercial value.

You bring:
Minimum 3+ years' experience in sales, account management or retention
B2B inside phone-based sales experience
Strong business acumen and commercial awareness
Proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets
Experience using CRM systems to manage pipelines and reporting
Strong objection handling and save conversation capability
High emotional intelligence and negotiation skills
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
