Trade Account Manager to develop new opportunities within the existing and potential trade market. This full-time role is based in Ballarat and reports directly to the Sales Manager.
What you'll do:
* Develop and execute strategies to grow sales and improve market strength.
* Provide clear, time-framed action plans to achieve sales and gross profit budgets.
* Build strong relationships and loyalty with trade customers and suppliers.
* Manage quotations and sales orders to ensure timely reporting for both management and customers.
* Ensure the highest standard of customer service is provided at all times.
* Address customer complaints professionally and promptly.
