Responsibilities
- Managing the CE’s schedule, travel, and engagements with precision and discretion.
- Acting as a trusted liaison, handling communications, correspondence, and briefing materials.
- Preparing reports, presentations, and documentation with a high level of accuracy.
- Coordinating internal and external events, including logistics and stakeholder engagement.
- Providing occasional support to the General Manager, Technology.
- Leading corporate social event coordination via the TCorp events schedule.
Qualifications & Experience
We would like to hear from candidates with a minimum of 10 years’ experience in a senior Executive Assistant role, the ability to manage confidential matters with professionalism, highly developed planning, coordination and prioritisation skills, excellent interpersonal and communication skills and advanced level Microsoft Office Suite. Event management experience and stakeholder engagement capabilities are a must while experience in financial markets or a corporate environment is preferred.
Eligibility
To be considered for a role at TCorp, you must be an Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident, or otherwise hold a Visa which grants an unrestricted right to work in Australia on an ongoing basis. Preferred candidates will be required to complete pre‑employment background screening, including police, credit and bankruptcy checks.
