About the Role
We’re on the hunt for an experienced Account Strategist to take ownership of 10–12 client accounts across industries. This is a mid-level role where you’ll drive performance across paid media (Google Ads, Meta Ads, and ideally LinkedIn), build client relationships, and work closely with content co-ordinators and external consultants to deliver campaigns that punch above their weight.
You’ll be trusted with big-picture strategy and the day-to-day execution — planning campaigns, identifying opportunities, and treating client budgets as if they were your own. You’ll be backed by strong creative support, reporting tools, and a founder-led leadership team that values initiative over hierarchy.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and manage 10–12 client accounts, typically $30K/month in ad spend
- Lead strategy and execution for Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns
- Plan and co-ordinate campaign deliverables with internal and external collaborators
- Maintain consistent communication with clients — expect daily contact across your portfolio
- Prepare reports and performance insights using Agency Analytics and other tools
- Identify growth opportunities, upsell where relevant, and track results
- Liaise with creative and content teams to ensure campaigns are delivered on-brand and on time
- Collaborate with interns and junior team members to keep projects running smoothly
- Confidently present ideas and performance summaries to clients
Must-Have Skills & Experience
- Google Ads Search Certification (non-negotiable)
- Demonstrated hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager
- 1–2+ years in an agency environment, managing multiple client accounts
- Proven ability to communicate with clients from varied backgrounds and industries
- Strong reporting and analytical skills
- Familiarity with tools like Mailchimp and Canva
- A generalist digital marketing background with strengths in campaign planning and performance
Nice-to-Haves
- LinkedIn Ads experience
- Knowledge of Agency Analytics or similar reporting platforms
- Demonstrated ability to grow client accounts and pitch new ideas
- Experience managing external consultants or freelancers
