Fuelled by family and driven by values of people, partnerships, progress and potential, BildGroup has an exciting opportunity for a Senior Talent Acquisition Advisor – someone who knows that finding the right person is about more than filling a role. Reporting directly to the Chief People Officer, it's a hands‐on role suited to someone who knows how to find people and drive outcomes, not just manage a process.
About the role
You will be responsible for how recruitment is delivered across the business, working closely with operational leaders and staying close to the projects and the market.
* Work alongside the broader HR and delivery teams to understand hiring needs
* Get across projects and scopes so you can speak confidently about roles in the market
* Proactively source candidates across engineers, supervisors, project teams and site based workforce
* Build and maintain strong networks across the construction market
* Manage end to end recruitment while keeping things moving and maintaining quality
* Contribute to BildGroup's employer brand presence in market, working with the Marketing and Communications team to ensure talent channels reflect who we are and how we show up
* Help shape the foundations of the internal talent team, including tools, processes, systems and sourcing approaches that scale
* Move between different types of hiring, from blue collar and site teams through to senior hires
* Stay visible in the business, spending time with teams to understand how they operate and what they need
About you
You are well connected, practical and know how to go out and find the right people.
* Experience in talent acquisition within construction or a related sector
* Strong track record of proactive sourcing and building networks in the market
* Comfortable recruiting across all levels, from workforce roles through to leadership
* Able to build trust with site teams and senior leaders
* Hands on and willing to get into the detail of roles and projects
* Organised and able to keep multiple roles moving without overcomplicating things
* Able to run recruitment independently and contribute to how the team is built moving forward
