We're looking for a Business Readiness Specialist to support a major loan origination project across MyState Limited. You'll be hands‐on, working alongside lending, project and change leads to help teams adopt new systems and ways of working.
Following the recent merger of MyState Bank and Auswide Bank, and alongside TPT Wealth and SelfCo, we're on an exciting transformation journey. We're a challenger bank with lean teams, big plans over the next two years, and a strong focus on practical delivery, so we value people who take ownership and move at pace.
What you'll be involved in
* Supporting a loan origination transformation end to end
* Working with stakeholders to understand impacts and business readiness
* Pulling together clear, practical communications and training
* Keeping actions moving so nothing stallsJumping in where needed to support day‐to‐day readiness activities
You'll be trusted to manage your workload — no micro‐management.
