Primary Objective: Provide sound professional advice critical in dealing with significant issues related to assessment, planning, review, evaluation, and coordination of service delivery in the defined practice area. If the most suitable applicant does not hold the qualification, they may be appointed on a fixed basis with ongoing appointment subject to attaining the qualification during the fixed term.
