What You'll Do
In this hands-on role, you'll support a range of civil construction activities including:
* Installing and connecting stormwater, sewer, drainage, and water main systems
* Preparing and setting up formwork and reinforcing steel
* Pouring, leveling, and finishing concrete to required specifications
* Assisting tradespeople across multiple work scopes
* Operating power tools and equipment safely and efficiently
* General labouring duties – site preparation, maintenance, and clean-up
What We're Looking For
* Previous labouring, and or concreting experience
* Strong work ethic, reliability, and a genuine desire to learn
* Ability to work well in a team and follow direction
* Commitment to safety and quality standards
* White Card (Construction Induction) – essential
* Extra tickets like roller, excavator, or confined space are a bonus
