Senior Crane and Rigger Supervisor
We are seeking a seasoned Senior Crane and Rigger Supervisor to oversee and coordinate the safe and efficient mobilization of heavy equipment and personnel across multiple FMG sites in the Pilbara region of Western Australia.
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring all lifting operations are conducted in accordance with local regulations and industry standards. Your expertise and leadership skills will be instrumental in maintaining a high standard of delivery and safety to our clients and employees.
Key Responsibilities
* Execute and oversee the mobilization and demobilization of equipment and personnel.
* Lead a team with a range of different roles and skills.
* Provide direction and expert knowledge to ensure successful project outcomes.
* Supervise job progress to ensure all work is carried out safely and effectively.
Requirements
* Minimum 2 years supervising experience in crane and rigging operations within a mining industry.
* Current and valid Australian driver's license.
* Section 44 Certificate or equivalent Schedule 26.
* Experience as an open crane operator and/or rigger.
* Excellent communication skills.
