Our client is seeking an experienced physiotherapist to join an expanding community team providing in-home therapy for adults aged 65. Working across Melbourne’s North, West, and North-East, you’ll deliver functional assessments, strength and mobility programs, falls prevention, pain management and ongoing support to clients living independently. You’ll be supported by a large multidisciplinary team—physiotherapists, occupational therapists, care coordinators and admin staff—allowing you to focus on meaningful client care rather than paperwork. This role is ideal for someone who values autonomy, and enjoys a supportive and flexible work culture.
